A Letter From Our Founder
I didn’t grow up thinking about mental wellness. It was non-existent. You hustled, studied hard, worked hard, and made something of yourself. Everything else was nonsense. Our culture lacked an awareness regarding mental health. We were taught to eat fruits and vegetables. We were taught to brush our teeth and exercise. We were taught not to smoke or do drugs. We were taught to be kind and respectful. But what conditioning or education did we receive regarding that one thing that governs what we eat, how we care for our bodies, or how we treat others——our MINDS?
Imagine a world where stress was taught how to be managed before panic. Imagine a world where depression was caught before suicidal ideation. Imagine a world were relational health and education were taught before divorce. We don’t have to live in a crisis-management world. We can be proactive, active, and reactive when necessary. So whether you’re looking to be stronger, get healthy, or get educated—we can recreate mental health “norms” together.
